24/7 Emergency Commercial Kitchen Repair

If you smell gas, this is not a repair call. Shut the equipment gas valve if you can reach it safely, ventilate, evacuate if the smell is strong, and ring your gas utility from outside.

82 companies below publish round-the-clock or emergency cover, grouped by metro. 38 of them have had that number rung by a person who got an answer; a tick marks those. The rest may be just as good, nobody has dialled them yet.

Walk-in down? Keep the door shut. A loaded box holds safe temperatures for hours.

Not seeing your metro? Every Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky metro page lists all companies including those with standard hours, and regional companies often cover more territory than their home metro.

What these claims mean, and what we have checked

A tick means we rang that number and a person answered, which is a different and stronger thing than a company saying it is open. It does not mean we rang at 3am. Testing the round-the-clock claims themselves is work in progress and we will publish what actually happens; you can see every company whose number we have rung.

Availability claims come from each company's own materials, so confirm response time for your address when you call. Where a company's own wording was specific enough to classify, a small label says what kind of promise it is: whether their own staff answer, whether an answering service takes the call, whether a response time is committed to, or whether limits are published inside the claim. Those are four different promises, and at 2am the difference decides who you ring first. Companies without a label published a round-the-clock claim without saying more.

Listings still awaiting verification are not shown here even when they advertise emergency cover, because a page you open during a breakdown is the wrong place to blur what we have checked with what we have not.

While you wait

The cooler and freezer guides cover what to check before the technician arrives. The downtime calculator puts a number on whether the after-hours premium is worth paying, and what 24/7 emergency service actually means explains why it is not the same thing at every company.
