Espresso machines, batch brewers, and grinders. Specialist bench and on-site service exists for brands like Schaerer, WMF, La Marzocco, and Bunn. Water quality drives most failures, so descaling and filtration should be part of any service plan.

Fault code tables for this equipment
If there is a code on the display, look it up before you call. Knowing
the code, and whether it points at a probe or a heater or a water
supply, changes what the technician brings with them.
Why do espresso machines fail faster than other equipment?
Small boilers and constant heating cycles concentrate the effects of water chemistry. Scale that would take years to matter in a large steamer can choke an espresso boiler in months. Water treatment is the single highest-return maintenance item for coffee equipment, and our water quality guide covers what to test and which filtration actually addresses hardness.
Is espresso equipment serviced by the same companies that fix ovens?
Sometimes, but not always. Beverage equipment is a distinct specialty covering brewers, grinders, super-automatics, frozen beverage machines, juice and soup dispensers, and some companies in this directory do nothing else. Others cover it as one line among many. The listings here separate coffee and beverage as a category so you can find either.
My machine is on loan from my coffee roaster. Who services it?
Often the roaster or their service partner, under the terms of the bean contract, and that service may already be paid for. Check the agreement before booking an independent, because unauthorised service can end the loan arrangement. The companies listed here service equipment you own.
