Kitchen Service Now is an independent directory of commercial kitchen equipment repair and restaurant equipment service companies, operated from Mason, OH. It exists because finding the right service company during an equipment failure is harder than it should be: generic directories mix in residential appliance shops, and many of the best commercial specialists barely show up in search at all.

Our verification standard

A listing earns its verified badge only after a person has checked, by hand, that the company website is live and belongs to the business, that the phone number matches the company's own site or Google Business Profile, and that the listed address is confirmed. Each verified badge carries the date of the most recent check. Listings that have not yet cleared this process are clearly marked as pending, and details on pending listings should be confirmed directly with the company.

How this differs from other directories

Most local directories are built by scraping ratings sites and listing whatever comes back, which mixes residential appliance shops into results that a restaurant operator cannot use. This directory is curated for the commercial layer only: CFESA-certified independents, factory service branches, mechanical contractors, and the mandated services like hood cleaning and grease trap pumping that every kitchen is required to buy. And because listings are checked by hand, a verified badge here means a person confirmed the company recently, not that an algorithm found it once.

How the site makes money

Basic listings are free and are never removed for non-payment. Service companies can pay for a featured placement, which moves them to the top of their metro page and is always labeled with a Featured badge. Payment never affects verification status: a featured listing goes through exactly the same checks as a free one.
