Started by Gene Glosson in 1953 after Navy submarine service and work as a Hobart service technician in New England; moved to the Fort Wayne agency in 1956, passed to his son John in 1988, and headquartered since 1997 in a 25,000 square foot Fort Wayne facility. Acquired Hobart Corporation’s South Bend operation in 1998, which is why the same company covers both markets. Factory-authorized service for Hobart, Traulsen, Baxter, Vulcan, Wolf and Berkel among others, covering cooking, baking, food prep, weigh wrap and warewash equipment, with preventive maintenance plans and a published 24 hour seven day emergency service. Also sells new and used equipment and runs a service department and showroom you can visit, plus separate sales, parts and service email addresses, which is useful when you know which department you need.
