Started in commercial refrigeration and ice equipment for the fast-food trade, added walk-in boxes, bottle boxes and drink systems for hotels and restaurants through the 1970s, and now covers refrigeration, ice machines, walk-ins, reach-ins and HVAC. They are a factory-contracted service representative for both Manitowoc and Hoshizaki ice equipment, which is the reason to call them first on those two makes. Two things worth knowing before you call. They work on commercial units in businesses only, stated plainly in their own words, so this is not a residential option. And their intake is deliberately split: the contact and service-request forms are monitored Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00 excluding holidays, and they ask that emergency, weekend and holiday work go by phone to the main number rather than through any form. They publish a four-hour response promise on non-emergency service requests during those office hours, and note that the request link stays monitored if their phone system fails.
