Alto-Shaam Combitherm combi oven Error Codes
Applies to: Combitherm combi ovens. Compiled and paraphrased from Alto-Shaam's Combitherm CT PROformance and CT Classic Series Technical Service Manual, MN-35949 Rev 07 (01/20), which defines the E-numbered codes for CTP and CTC models, plus Alto-Shaam service documentation for the classic electric and gas generations (6-10 through 20-20, VH, and ESG). How to read the codes
A code appears on the display when the oven detects a fault; on classic Combitherm models, pressing Start acknowledges the error and the oven attempts to return to normal operation. One rule matters more than any single code: Alto-Shaam code numbers are NOT universal across generations, so the same number can mean different things on a classic Combitherm versus a CT PROformance touchscreen model. Identify your model and generation first, then match the code, and record it exactly for the technician.
